Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on our products.  All sales are final.   We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be received by 12am the night before the order is to be delivered. You can cancel your order by emailing info@tokesmokevape.com or calling 573-746-2192 and letting us know you would like your ordered canceled.

Can I change my delivery date/time?

You can change your delivery date up until 12am the night before the delivery for free  (The time must be the same type of window, All Day, 3/4 hour, 2 hour, otherwise we will have to charge you the difference between the rates).    After 12am it will count as redelivery, which we offer once for free.  "SEE What happens if no one over 21 is available to receive my delivery?

What happens if no one over 21 is available to receive my order?

If no one over 21 is available to recieve this delivery (and show ID) we will arrange redelivery within a 7-day period for free (at the customers discretion). If no one over 21 is available to recieve the order (and show their ID) at the time of redelivery, you will have to pay for delivery again OR we will issue you store credit for your product(s) and you can reorder when you are ready.   This process can take upwards of 24-48 hours so we request you try to let us know ASAP if something comes up and you or someone 21+ can be there.  info@tokesmokevape.com   573-746-2192

What happens if a device is defective?

When we deliever the device you will be given the opportunity to test your device at that time in front of us if you so chose to do so.  If the device is defective we will either replace it on the spot (if we have another device with us), a cancellation of the order and a refund sent with 24 hours or you will be given a 25% coupon off your next order and we will bring another product back of the same brand (and flavor if we have it, if not we will let you know the flavor options) on the next day you are available.  Beyond that all sales are final and we will NOT replace defective devices.

What happens if you deliver outside the delivery window?

We hope never to run behind but sometimes things happen.  If we can't make it to you during your delivery window will contact you ASAP to see how to make things right.  We will refund you 20% of your purchase price for that order. 

Can you recommend a product?

Product recommendations are just that, recommendations. Since every person is different, it is unrealistic to assume that what works for one person would work the same way on another. So, if a recommendation does not fulfill your expectations, the business or staff is not liable.
